Aquagym and aquajogging:
workout practiced in water with belts or gears floats, in order to train and strengthen muscles with all the techniques of running water, both as to the cross training athletes, as both prevention and treatment of injuries.
Aqua-crossfit: wellness at 360 °:
Workout that consists of a series of functional movements executed at medium-high intensity (with parameters of repetitions or time) and in a manner highly motivating.
The lesson takes place as a circuit group with bodyweight exercises and tools. In addition, the training takes place in cross fit in time with the music thus demonstrating an incentive to improve themselves and the ideal way to see the progress in physical form and agility.
This training program helps to strengthen and train the body for an overall well-being.
