The most of our ingredients come from local markets and farmers, to give you the best, genuine and fresh products of the season. Are you vegetarian, celiac or do you have to follow special diets? Do not worry … our Chef Massimo Fiocco will amaze you with delicious personalized menus on your needs!
OUR AGRITOURISM: THE "VALLETTA PARADISO"
On a small hill overlooking the monumental Abbey of Praglia, in 1983 we bagan the restoration and construction of our “La Valletta Paradiso” agritourism and winery.
All around, a generous nature has painted walls of colors, in a vibrant landscape of vineyards, olive trees and fruit trees. Here we squeeze our olives, twist our grapes and bottle our own oil, grappa and wine.
We also make our own jams and sausages, seasoning them in our cellar dug into lava stone and then serving them on your plates, straight from the hills. In this paradise we only organize big parties for you. Everything that is best served on the tables of the Hotel Orvieto comes from the “Valletta Paradiso”.
